do you guys think it's a good idea to stop working out if you're on the west coast of the US with all the fires? I feel like a week break or something isn't bad, but what if the smokes stays bad like this, I can't imagine skipping workouts for months

Can't you do like home exercises like train your strength for example?

Good old fashioned pushups and situps can work in a pinch...
