What drives the desire to comment on porn videos and photos? I mean, I understand discussion about the star, the video, etc. But what I don't understand is the comments like "I'D LICK YOU UP SO LONG MY TONGUE WOULD FALL OFF" kind of comments.

I see it a lot on places like reddit, where I'll check comments on a photo or video to maybe get the name of the star, video link, etc and it's 30 comments where people are hound dogging the random girl. Often times it's a repost by someone totally unrelated, and their comments are analogous to shouting at your monitor and hoping they can hear you.

For those of you who try to interact with porn through comments, why do you do it?

Just speculating here, but if it is on a platform with upvotes/downvotes type of systems for comments, my guess is ppl just want to try posting something funny or clever in hopes of that sweet bliss of mass upvotes. And of course the opposite type person who is attempting to troll the fans of said performer, and hoping to ignite the wrath of internet hatred.

I know the question isn't really aimed at me as i don't comment on porn. I just do my biz then leave with the only evidence on my desk. However it could be for laughs hoping it will end up on say 9gag or something similar. Could be because of a desperate need to express something they cannot do out loud or as mentioned earlier because they want likes or somesuch. Could also be stupidity or insanity guiding some.

I've never thought about it this way. I've always assumed it's just horny people being... well... weird, I guess. I don't know if I have a polite word for how I normally view it lol

I think that commenting is a way of feigning interaction which some people need to get themselves over the edge, its not for me personally, but i do enjoy the gems you sometimes read in chat, after all you are watching a video with like minded people that share your interests, so maybe its a new form of social media? lol

It's rare that I leave a comment on a porn, but if I do then it's usually the source (e.x., name of the model, name of the pornstars, or asking who the star is).

I occasionally comment on reddit, mostly if I like what was posted. Like, some girl took the effort to stage and post a pic, if I found it hot, I'll compliment it.

I don't get those who post about all the filthy things they want to do to the girl though. Like, it makes sense if it's the correct sub for it, but otherwise... It's just pretending you have a chance with someone on the other side of the screen. Though sometimes the girls like it and they respond, and it becomes a flirting game , the girls might send them extra pics/vids... So who knows. Still feels weird to me though.

I think the main thing is feedback for the creators (when it's their vids), like if the girl has great tits but none of her videos show them off. Another is asking people for a name of the girl.
