im bored lately, want to play a story game. anyone have some good recommendations? 
i havent played witcher 3 but a lot of people say its good story game, should i get that?

Fire Watch and it's not taht long.
Witcher 3 is obviously amazing, but it will take 150 hours or so.

If you’re looking for something slower paced, try Firewatch. You basically hike around and try to solve a mystery. It’s relaxing, has a really cool art style, and a great story. Definitely worth a try.

Yakuza 0 is a great game with a fantastic story as long as you're okay with reading subtitles

I highly recommend Neverwinter Nights series and Baldurs Gate series! They're a bit old but I think they're still really solid games with a very thorough backstory.

You can replay them dozens of times and the story will be different each time based on your choices and even the characters you can play as.
