They added too much and it became a mess after like season 2. Plus whenever you shoot at someone they just build and entire Ikea store around them sooo yeah not as fun as it used to be.

i hear they went down the skill based matchmaking route and that turned a lot of people off. valorant has its own issues with their grossly overpriced cosmetics

The skill curve in fortnite has definitely increased from 2 years ago unfortunately, but it can still be fun to play the limited-time game modes they add from time to time that add a little spice to the original fortnite gameplay
