Definitely make sure they aren't against the idea when sober otherwise you might have quite the argument in the morning, but with the previous girlfriends I've found they just need to be very drunk. Also make sure you have a lot of lube the first time. Like way more than is necessary, make a mess. First time anal will hurt no matter what, but tons of lube helps.
