I bought Skyrim like 9 years ago.  The full thing.  And I've been afraid to start it because I know I'll get lost in it.

I put over 240 hours into the witcher 3....... Bit of a completionist.... That's a bad idea for Skyrim eh?

Witcher 3 is actually a good game worth playing, Skyrim gets boring pretty fast when you realize everything feels the same

yeah you'd need to set aside a whole load of time since there's a lot of 'faction' quests linked to achievements. I haven't played the dlcs but I would say base game would take a little longer than the witcher, but of course it being a little less 'dense' than the witcher gameplay

I think 240 is a good start. You can easily get lost just wandering around killing random enemies (or NPCs lol).
