This is my first big-roster gacha game and I'm F2P. I didn't play Kancolle, Azur Lane, FGO, etc. I got Klee right when the banner ended and now I'm not quite sure how to play the game with her usefulness coming into a plateau. 

Genshin Impact players here, how likely or how often do you think is the rotation onlimited-time banner?

If you're asking how long the limited banners last, they last every month or so until it's replaced with a new one. If you're asking when the limited banner will come back with the same character, probably not for another year. They want to release all the characters they have (Ayaka, Xiao, Ganyuu etc) before they start recycling the older limited time banners.
