If was wondering if there is a game mixing Final Fantasy Tactics battles style and world exploration. I've always been in love with both aspects and the very first and last time I played a game combining both was very long ago on my Sega Genesis: Shining Force II. The game is still pretty decent but it undoubtely feels old (and I already played it...). Does anybody know some (good) game like this?

Fire Emblem Echoes had some decent dungeon crawling in between tactical fights. I know there's a few rip off games that could have something like that as well. Last Remnant might be what you're looking for.
