The development of Diablo IV is chugging along, and it's almost looking promising. After the disappointment that Diablo III was, imo, it feels a little foolish to get too hyped about Diablo IV. The skill tree does look interesting, though, and they surely must have learned from their mistakes... surely... Or does Blizzard not know how to make a good Diablo game anymore and all the talented people have left? Hopefully, they'll at least have a much better story this time.

Tbh I think diablo 3 got way too much hate, definitely a cartoonist rainbow facade of what the series is but stillllll

Yeah, you're probably right. D3 had quite the uphill battle following D2:LoD, and it did have some enjoyable parts.

D3 got the proper hate it deserved. Path of exile was made by indie developers and was way closer to hitting the mark of what fans expected. The game was also terribly designed and balanced and went through many overhauls some of which improved it.

D3 had no replay value for me whatsover. Hoping D4 will be an improvement.
