JERRY JONES he is the issue he’s too old and crusty to be running a team. Dak has his issues but he displays good number he need Jerry to work in the offseason to build a good team around him.
1. Solidify the line 
2. Get a top tier guy on the D-line (D-Law is washed)
3. Pass the team on nobody wants him!
