Horizon Zero Dawn is one of my favorite recent ones, striking a great balance between "open" and closed enough to not have BS stuff that doesn't add anything at all. On top of that, the story and lore is just really well done, and unique.

Genshim impact is pretty fun if youre into that genre, along with that GTA V is good and RDR2
