Grimm. It's a pretty great show. It's got 6 seasons, originally aired on NBC. It's been my show of choice through the quarantine.
Chuck, Monk and Psych are also pretty great shows on Amazon Prime. If I remember correctly, all of those shows have at least 4 or 5 seasons.

Mr Robot! Such an amazing show but it will require a huge investment from you. You might find the 2nd season a little slow but trust me, its to make the 3rd season that much better.
