Mostly it applies to Pornhub like Tinna Angel who will show a little bit of their face but still want to remain anonymous.
Some may compromise by showing their lips, mouth and half their face when performing a blow job but some are even more shy than that and will go as far as ' headbobbing' but because they don't want to show their face, they won't even show that.

Just looking at Pornhub and I believe Mini Diva is the most popular "will not show their face" star.

She has a very nice body. Will show you her mouth but that's about it.

I think it's a very strange phenomenon but I kind of respect their privacy while they still want to do something as extraordinary that requires people to see you naked such as porn.

I'm pleased for them that they've been able to keep their privacy but am surprised the likes of Reddit or even more sinister forums haven't tried to effectively 'doxx' or 'out' their face as to what they look like.
