I have a problem with my headset, seriously, they shared the mic and audio line, and when i test the audio, it seem like all the sound come in front of me, no left or right, i set all the setting on my realtek HD to stereo but they still sound mono. The consequence is sometime i could hear footstep but i could'n report their location, any solution ?

It could be the drivers on your computer, I’m not really sure about that

There’s also a tutorial specific for your headphone model and OS platform.

Sometimes it is as simple as unplugging it and plugging it into a different port.

Could be a Driver Issue , OR OR OR , go to audio settings in CSGO , Disable 3d Dimensional Sounds.
