Probability the NBA actually plays

People are saying COVID is supposed to have a second wave in the fall, even with the NBA quarantining players do you think it's likely they'll actually play?

They're supposed to start playing actual games in two weeks. I think there's a pretty good chance they get to that point and successfully play. I'm less convinced they'll be able to sustain the bubble for the several months it would take the complete the playoffs. If they successfully contain all the outbreaks, then I'd think they'll be able to make it with only a few players out because of injuries or covid. If they can't, or things get epically bad in Florida... they may not have a chance.

It will depend upon if they can stop the positive testing within the bubbles, lock that shit down and it will go ahead

They will for sure play, there is too much money to be lost, and too much inverstors involved
