Help me choose a processor for Graphic card GTX1080 or GTX 1080Ti
Think take Intel Xeon e5-1650, or Intel Core I3 -10100f

AMD processors have better value that intel ones nowadays. Intel is just super expensive, while AMD is pretty solid for the price they are sold for. I have a ryze x 2700 in my pc, running with a 2080. Also you should probably go for the new series of GPU, as they are pretty good value compared to last gen and you won't need to upgrade for a long time with those.
